Credit Analyst

The company is currently seeking a Credit Analyst to fill a temp-perm opening in Westford, MA.  The position will provide direct support to Credit Manager.  Will be analyzing customer credit worthiness, compiles credit data, interprets financial statements and determines extension of credit.  Approves credit revenue recognition and payment terms for purchase orders established.  Also responsible for new customer set-ups, customer maintenance and assisting with corporate quarterly cash receipts for forecasting as well as A/R and term analysis.  Will be compiling documentation for quarterly and annual audits for external auditors.  Direct sales team and customer service interface will require the ability to engage and communicate constructively and effectively to fulfill customer needs.  Assists with collection calls as necessary.  This position must follow strict SOX guidelines.  3-5+ years of relevant credit experience, preferably with medical equipment.

Duties include responding day to day helpdesk tickets using an automated helpdesk system. Troubleshoots and solves basic to intermediate support type issues.  Troubleshoots hardware and implemented fixes for Software installation and configuration.  Printer maintenance and support - coordinating repairs with printer company, managing the print server queue and Print Manager Plus. Maintain Asset Inventory - Microsoft Office Visio 2007. This candidate will be reporting to the Production Manager.  Duties include; Processing outgoing shipments, packing, carrier scheduling, generating international shipping docs as required, process incoming shipments, item count verification, reconcile with the Purchasing department as needed, order shipping supplies as needed, monitor and validate freight billings as needed and more. Candidate should have 1-3 years experience in shipping area or warehouse environment.  Knowledge of inventory control systems (Made2Manage and Microsoft Access is a plus). Familiarity with International export documentation and ISO processes and ESD Handling.  Also must be able to use a pallet jack and operate a forklift.

Marketing Specialist

The candidate will support the Marketing Communications Team and Broader Marketing Department. The essential responsibilities will include be to manage, distribute and inventory of all marketing materials.        Assign new and existing passwords for the Workgroup. Update "Marketing Materials Order Form" on the Workgroup.  Prepare monthly inventory report and order literature as needed.  Maintain and order all stationery for the entire company.  Data entry for sales leads generated by Marketing programs, in conjunction with Sales Development.       Fulfill marketing supplies order requests and lead requests from Sales Development.  Assist the Public Relations Manager by posting press clips in the Vocus system.  Coordinate and distribute approved Sales Bulletins.  Oversee the Marketing Library.  Organize, add new articles, assign numbers, make copies of articles, etc. Post new pieces to the Workgroup.  Collate copies of all part-numbered literature with "Product Literature Part Number List" and give to Sales Support to go out with the new rep kits on a monthly basis. Mechanical Assembly Technician

Candidate will fabricate metal flashing, install flashing and exterior metal wall coverings, build metal stud walls, hang drywall, tape and mud drywall seams and perform additional tasks and/or special projects as requested. Previous work experience of 3-6 yeas is preferred. Candidate should have competency with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices (such as calipers and micrometers), plumbing runs with piping and tubing, tube and sheet metal bending.  Ability to read and work from prints, P&ID's and sketches required.

Sr. Assembler

A world wide manufacturer of diagnostic products, medical devices and scientific instruments is currently looking for a Sr. Assembler in their headquarters office located in Lexington, MA.  The candidate will be performing required electrical and/or mechanical operations on complex modules or entire instruments, using visual aids, assembly drawings and verbal or written instructions.  Candidate will assure compliance with all documentation to produce products to specifications and make judgments regarding operations activities while being responsible for own quality inspection.  Routes finished assemblies to designated destination, including processing accurate inventory transactions.  Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.  Maintain the 5S policy in their work area.  Minimum Skills & Knowledge Requirements: 2 years experience in manufacturing environment, medical device is preferred. Candidate must be able to work with a high degree of independence.
